When you opt in to the StaffHero messaging program, operated by StaffHero LLC ("StaffHero," "we," "us"), we will send text messages related to your inquiry, including appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to your questions, and, where you have given separate marketing consent, occasional offers and updates about our staffing services.
You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box on our forms or by texting us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We use separate consent for transactional messages and for marketing messages.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. StaffHero does not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending messages. You may receive additional messages confirming your opt-out. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers, but delivery is subject to carrier limitations and is not guaranteed.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our services (for example, customer service or messaging platform providers) is permitted solely to deliver the service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing and will not be shared with any third parties.
